Additionally, there are issues with the room configurations for heating and cooling. when attempting to change rooms, the cold air conditioning didn't work either. The check-in process is done with paper, lacking any modern tech that might have sped things up. Finding the entrance can be tricky as it's located on the opposite side of the GPS pin drop, down an alley-like street.

The Standard Suite had a cozy bed which felt like sleeping on clouds and offered a charming view of the city from the 9th floor. I enjoyed my time here as it was just a short walk, less than a 5-minute stroll, to Parque Central and a few steps to delightful dining spots like Grand Central and Terrago, making it super easy to explore the city and enjoy great food.

The room was nice and spacious, and I loved having electric curtains that opened to a great view of the Cholula church! I spent a couple of afternoons relaxing by the pool and soaking up the sun, which was just what I needed. The only hiccup was that the pictures online looked a bit nicer than reality, but overall, it was a pleasant stay! 😊

It was just a top selection for a city break in Puebla with reasonable value. The A/C didn't work, but we didn't need it as the weather was nice. Bring a few extra towels since they might not have enough on arrival.

While the location was good for accessing local restaurants, it was a bit far from downtown attractions. Additionally, only Spanish channels were available on TV, which was limiting for non-Spanish speakers.

The staff at this place were really attentive. I had a great view from my room, overlooking the city like some kind of King from a meth empire. Plus, the gym was surprisingly well-equipped for a hotel, allowing me to keep my head clear in between intense day schedules.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but I found it acceptable for what I got.
